Google Credential Service is enabled within the Settings app on GrapheneOS when you’re using Sandboxed Google Play Services.
To enable it:

Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services.

Tap on Permissions.

Ensure “Sign in with Google” is enabled under the Google Credential Service section.
This service is required for apps that use “Sign in with Google” functionality. It only works if Google Play Services are installed in a user profile (not the Owner profile) and is isolated to that profile
